Ordering

Once you have registered with SAMpromoshop, you can either order via fax on 03 9646 4653, mail using a company order or letterhead, or email sam@samsales.com.au . Step by step instructions for quoting and ordering online are shown under each large product image.

When ordering via fax or mail, use either your normal company order or letterhead. If desired, you can fill in and print out a Company Order Proforma just by clicking the button provided under Stage 3. of the ordering process and complete your official Company Order by transferring the information from the Proforma.
When ordering online, you must select one of the four payment options available:

• Send Me an Invoice
• Pay Upon Delivery by Credit Card
• Cash on Delivery

Freight

Freight will be charged at cost. Unless otherwise instructed, SAMpromoshop will choose the most cost effective freight option.

Your Own Secure Web Page Records
When you register your company and place your orders online, each time you visit SAMpromoshop you simply log in with your username and password to access your own web page. This will display a convenient record of all your current and past transactions with SAMpromoshop.
All information supplied by you is encrypted and fully secure, and your personal details are protected by your password. See our Privacy Statement.
